Absolutely. While many standard rental companies overlook nighttime aesthetics, our collection is built to stand out. All of our bars come fully equipped with built-in LED illumination. We also bring complementary floor lights and tabletop lighting to ensure your bar setup is a stunning visual focal point during the day and absolutely glows at night.
Ideally, we request a completely clear 7×7 foot footprint for a comfortable, full-service setup. However, our team is highly adaptable. If your venue has tight quarters, we offer smaller bar counter options and can easily remove the back shelving to fit perfectly into almost any location without sacrificing the premium look.
Yes, we handle 100% of the logistics so you don’t have to lift a finger. Our team manages the delivery, full assembly, and post-event breakdown. The only thing we require is access to a standard electrical outlet within 20 feet to power the LED lighting. If an outlet isn’t close by, just let us know in advance—we will bring heavy-duty extension cords or get creative with the layout to make it work!
Yes! For large-scale corporate events or weddings, we can easily deploy 3 to 5 different bar setups simultaneously. As a general rule, we recommend one full bar station per 100 guests to ensure lines move quickly. We are completely flexible and can even build multiple stations across different rooms, outdoor spaces, or separate floors of your venue.
